We ship to the United States only. Every Danima lamp ships with tracking, and shipping is free on every order.
We deliver to addresses in the United States. We are not able to ship to other countries, and checkout will only accept a US delivery address.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order is on its way; tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing updates.
Tracked delivery takes 6–12 business days from dispatch. Most of our lamps ship directly from our production partners in Asia, which is how we are able to offer free shipping on every order. A few holiday items ship from a US warehouse and arrive in 3–7 days; their product pages say so. Occasionally customs inspections, weather or peak-season volume can add a few days. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.
If we can't ship your order within the time shown here, we will email you with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
When you check out, you can choose to add Fragile Transit Protection & Instant Priority Replacement to your order for $3.95. If a piece arrives broken or the parcel is lost, report it within 7 days of delivery with two photos and we send a brand-new replacement with priority, with nothing to send back. Orders without it are handled through a carrier investigation instead. Full details are in our refund policy.
Items in the same order may ship separately, each in its own protective packaging, at no extra cost, and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking link for each parcel.
The price you see is the price you pay. Any import duties or customs fees on your parcel are our responsibility, not yours, and you will never be asked to pay extra to receive your order. In the rare case a carrier asks you for a fee at delivery, pay it so your parcel isn't held, email us a photo of the receipt, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment within 2 business days. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Corded lamps ship with a US plug. Please check the voltage listed on each product page before you order. USB-powered lamps work with any standard USB adapter.
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order with the subject line "URGENT: Order #" followed by your order number. After that, your order may already be in production or on its way and can't be changed.
